A fabulous piece of french history. A Byzantine Cross Pendant by Artist Amedee Fornet circa 1870 to 1897. The cross measures approximately 3.75 inches in length and 1.5 inches across. I did not attempt to clean this piece because of its age. There is a folding bale at the top of the pendant. I found a similar piece on a website and have included the picture and the artists drawing in my last two pictures in this listing.
